We are committed to providing  peace of mind for our guests so they can relax in a safe comfortable and clean environment. We support contactless, self service  checking in as  provided in  your booking confirmation.

Rest assured, enhanced cleaning and disinfection is carried out in all our chalets and lodge. Our team sanitise all surfaces and touch points on a regular basis . The rooms are meticulously cleaned. Our team receive continuous training on our hygiene protocols. Our highest priority is our care for guests safety and well-being.

Cancellation policies

Direct individual bookings to Waitomo Village Chalets - Home of Kiwipaka

In light of the covid-19 situation,  to assist guests whose travel may be impacted, we are waiving cancellation fees for all individual stays booked directly with us if their planned stay is affected by covid lock down levels.

Exceptions may apply to specific offers and packages, please refer to the terms and conditions provided on your booking confirmation.

Third-party individual bookings

For individual bookings made by a travel agent or an online booking platform, guests will need to contact their agent/booking site and refer to their terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellation fees.
